A．Costs Estimate For Trade Marks Application in Hong Kong(for simple straightforward application) 香港商標(biāo)注冊申請費(fèi)用（以一個(gè)簡單的申請計(jì)算） HKD港幣

1、SEARCH 查詢（Optional 非必須的）
a)Simple Search (identical word mark only)簡單的查詢 $FREE
b) Full availability search(word mark)-comprehensive report綜合的查詢及報(bào)告 $300
*Search will be charge per logo per class* 查詢費(fèi)用以每個(gè)圖形及類別計(jì)算
c) Logo mark search-圖案查詢 $100
申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同并對申請有影響的已申請/注冊的商標(biāo)。
此費(fèi)用包括在商標(biāo)注冊署進(jìn)行商標(biāo)查詢﹑分析和報(bào)告查詢結(jié)果以及提供建議。

2、FILING OF APPLICATION, ADVERTISEMENT ®ISTRATION 申請，登報(bào)及注冊費(fèi)
(for one trademark one class 以一個(gè)商標(biāo)申請一個(gè)類別計(jì)算) $3,000
(for each additional class of the same trademark 同一商標(biāo)的額外類別) $1,800

The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form, filing the application and reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette(old law)/Intellectual Property Journal (new law), official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.
此費(fèi)用包括協(xié)助申請人選擇申請類別﹑準(zhǔn)備和提交申請﹑繳付官方費(fèi)用以及報(bào)告申請資料﹑報(bào)告公告的許可通知﹑辦理公告事宜﹑報(bào)告獲準(zhǔn)注冊通知領(lǐng)取及寄上注冊證書以及繳付官方費(fèi)用。
Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期為十年。

3、MISC.(Additional Service Charges 額外服務(wù))

a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments 草擬﹑修改及申辯費(fèi)用

(simple argument per case以每個(gè)簡單的申辯計(jì)算) $3,000 -$10，000
The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate
quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費(fèi)用只限于一般申辯及會因案件的復(fù)雜程度而有所調(diào)整。另涉及法院程序的案件會根據(jù)個(gè)別律師的費(fèi)用而定，我方將會預(yù)先通知。

b) Renewal 香港商標(biāo)續(xù)期 （for 10 years 香港商標(biāo)有效期十年）
i) For one mark one class以一個(gè)商標(biāo)申請一個(gè)類別計(jì)算)

ii) For each additional class of the same trademark

4. Time Requirement-It normally needs 6-10 months for smooth application.

5. For payment in US dollar(USD), please divide the amount by 7.7 and round up to the nearest dollar. (e.g. HKD 3000 in USD →USD (3000/7.7) =USD 390).
